I grew up as a military dependent, moving every two to three years, so early on I learned the ins and outs of real estate. I began working as an Associate Broker in July of 1972, and began working as a full Broker just a few years later. I am very familiar with the Midcoast area, and have served as the president of the Midcoast Board of REALTORS® I also served on the MLS Board of directors and won REALTOR® of the Year, and am a member in good standing with NAR and MAR. I specialize in farms, residences, woodlots, and waterfront properties in the Knox, Lincoln, and Waldo counties, but I am happy to venture farther into the lovely state I call home to find special rural properties for buyers! I have an interest in studying soil data on subject properties and in deed research, and I am a former selectman that worked on municipal Comprehensive plans and ordinances, so I am quite familiar with assessing procedures. I have lived on various small farms since 1971, so it would be a privilege to use my personal experience and familiarity with the area will help you to find the perfect place.
